what is solubility solubility is the ability of one substance to dissolve within another substance
what are insoluble products? Insoluble products are products that do not dissolve
what are precipitates? Precipitates are insoluble products
The solubility of slaked lime, Ca(OH)2, in water is 0.185g/100ml. What volume of 0.00150 M HCl is needed to neutralize 11.0 ml of a saturated Ca(OH)2 solution.

(11.0 ml) (0.185g/100ml) = 0.02035 grams of Ca(OH)2

use molar mass, to find moles: (0.02035 grams of Ca(OH)2 ) (1 mole Ca(OH)2 / 74.09 grams) = 0.0002747 moles Ca(OH)2

by the equation: 1 mole of Ca(OH)2 & 2 moles HCl --> 1 CaCl2 & 2 H2O moles of Ca(OH)2, react with twice as many moles of HCl

so 0.0002747 moles Ca(OH)2 reacts with 0.0005493 moles of HCl

find volume, using the Molarity of the HCl: ( 0.0005493 moles of HCl) (1 Liter / 0.00150 mol HCl) = 0.3662 Litres of HCl

your answer, rounded to 3 sig figs is 366 ml of HCl
