What is King Phillip's War?

King philip's war was a bloody conflict between the Algonquian Indians and the English settlers in the New England colonies.

June 1675 to August 1676. The colonists won the war

Because their leader was killed, they were outnumbered by the colonists, the colonists had better weapons, and the native americans died of starvation because the never had time to plant crops because they were constantly at war.
